As I told my kids, no fancy, shmancy cakes this year! Just yummy flavors! This cake had vanilla cake, coconut filling (like the kind for German chocolate cake but no nuts), fresh chopped pineapple filling and coconut cream butter cream frosting. The kids at her party thought it tasted like Cap'n Crunch cereal, but the next day the flavors were more pronounced and had a great pina colada flavor!
